We are an AAHA Accredited animal hospital seeking a full-time or part-time members for our Client Care / Reception Team.
This position requires someone with a passion for providing outstanding customer service and who has excellent communication skills, a high level of motivation, a team-oriented mentality, and a willingness to go that “extra step”. Appropriate candidates must demonstrate a sincere desire to exceed our clientele’s expectations. Applicants should have a positive attitude and strong work ethic, along with strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail. Also necessary are strong phone skills and efficient computer abilities as we are a paperless practice.
Desired applicants should also be ready to participate in high level Client Care procedures during high volume work-flow. Those applying can expect management responsibilities with an overall team approach in the areas of Client Service and Hospitality. Our hospital recently completed a large scale expansion and the candidate will be expected to be a leader in the formulation and implementation of successful work-flow and Client Care procedures during the transition.
Our hospital hours are Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday 8am-8pm, Friday 8am-6pm, and Saturday 8am-3pm. We are closed on Sundays. Candidates must be flexible when it comes to scheduling and will be required to work some evening shifts each week and every other Saturday.

Requirements:
EDUCATION: A bachelor’s degree is preferable. Minimally, the desired candidate should show educational experience in Hospitality and Client Services. Active continuing education in veterinary medicine is a bonus.
EXPERIENCE: Experience working in a veterinary clinic setting is, of course, advantageous; however our focus is on applicants with experience in a management position in Hospitality and/or Client Services.
INTERESTS: The candidate’s interests should include continual pursuit of excellence and knowledge in veterinary medicine, business leadership and Client Service / Hospitality as well as disseminating knowledge and creating a work environment where learning is actively pursued at all levels.
